no breakfast but kitchen was fully set up for use

nothing in particular stands out. was out of the centre but the bus took 5mins and ubers weren't ever over £8 so was still good for prices.

Good size house, quite clean, location good

Communication from the owner, some things in the house were broken (lounge table) and lounge smelt of smoke. Most annoying part was trying to get the security deposit back - took 10 days of constant chasing to get reimbursed!

the property is big and is really warm. only a 6 minute Uber to all the bars.

it needs a little tlc to bring it up to standard again but I found the place dead on. the property isn’t overly expensive to rent so you get what you pay for. Big bath room could do with a mirror and the living room table has seen better days. We are planning to book again for the summer so these small issues were not an issue for us!

location was perfect and it is a very spacious house - ideal for a big family. the bathrooms are lovely- quite new and sparkly. lovely big fridge. nice carpet on the stairs. an excellent supply of glasses, mugs and plates. whole house was well heated and clean on arrival. Very calm and peaceful.

The kitchen isn’t well equipped if you want to cook - no frying pan and few utensils and very little cutlery. The oven didn’t function very well. My bed wasn’t comfortable and the quilts and pillows were poor quality. There was no plug in the bath and one bath mat between the two bathrooms.

In future the facility could have been more equipped ie being prepared and having toilet roll. There was no toilet roll provided for 11 people staying

The house was neat and clean. It was comfortable and convenient for what we had planned. Staff were helpful and accommodating.
