Garden City Costa Adeje Studio Sunny Balcony Heated pool near Beach

It’s not officially part of the complex. There’s no WiFi. The patio doors overlook the pool with awful music playing all day. The beds are uncomfortable.

Great location, walking distance to las americas and costa adeje centre, lots of bars and restaurants and a shop just outside the complex. Sian Park was a 10-minute walk away. pool area was clean and singer on at the pool bar every afternoon. Staff round the pool very friendly. Room had fully equipped kitchen and a book shelf with a selection of books to borrow.

The one main disappointment was no air con! Just a fan was so hot at night as we went in August, but we managed. There was no cleaner that called in to give fresh towels or toilet rolls we had to use the same 2 towels for the week. And borrow a toilet rolls from the neighbour! Lol But all in all fantastic hoilday would recommend this apartment to our friends.

Mi è piaciuta la posizione comoda e il buon prezzo competitivo, il che inizialmente ci aveva fatto ben sperare.

Non mi è piaciuto: la posizione dell’appartamento proprio di fronte alla piscina, una posizione che può sembrare vantaggiosa, ma in realtà comporta zero privacy. A causa del forte caldo e della totale assenza di aria condizionata, non è possibile chiudere le finestre, il che significa dover sopportare rumori e schiamazzi continui, sia di giorno che di notte. Dormire o rilassarsi risulta impossibile, soprattutto per chi cerca un po’ di tranquillità. Inoltre, la pulizia dell’appartamento lascia molto a desiderare: abbiamo trovato scarafaggi in più punti, il pavimento del bagno non era ben pulito, e materassi e cuscini erano estremamente scomodi. Suggerisco fortemente alla proprietà di installare l’aria condizionata e di prestare maggiore attenzione alla pulizia e alla qualità degli arredi: con qualche intervento mirato, l'appartamento potrebbe migliorare sensibilmente.
