The property was nice but not for us

No air conditioning it’s a must I won’t stay anywhere again without air conditioning

Location of apartment and hotel are both good. The fan in the room was very welcome. We will definitely be staying in the near future.

Pool and pool bar were closed which are normally a highlight for us. The wardrobe space isn't enough for two people.

Location was fantastic for both las americas and adeje Poolside view live music great place could not complain

No black out curtains so was very light in the room however on contacting them with advice they have said they will look into it.

The area and garden city

The first only 1 key. Safe did not work no hair dryer had to buy one two toilet rolls for 10 days bed linen never changed in 10 days two towels never changed in 10 days.no iron board and veranda tree growing us sitting out then to finish had to get out friday 27th June no place to shower no place to keep cases from 10 am to 6pm we are both 73 it was disgusting to be treated this way we tried to get help from admin of garden city but they flatly refused to help us because it was a private flat and have nothing to do with this woman who owns it would not even get us a taxi going to airport because of her diving but overall nobody would except these sweating every night and could not was towels or linen no washing machine but the thing I have to say two days before we were to travel she email us the pool was shut and told us that the reason it was cheap no way was this holiday was cheap never again will we back at tenerife by the you as a company should a look at some of the flats are rented by this woman ie the amount of people we met told loads of stories about her flats so it is not just us very annoyed Mr p duff

Location

I booked for my Dad and his wife. Main Pool was closed. Only made aware a day before arrival. Another pool was open. But was tiny and for the whole complex, so no space. The pool wasn't only closed but under construction so there was noise pollution and a lot of dust pollution. Couldn't hang anything to dry or sit on the balcony while work was going on. Couldn't leave door open to let some air into stuffy room. Only a fan as aircon. There are no fresh towels etc given. And no means of washing the towels that were there.

The host messaged me the night before my travel day to tell me the main pool was closed for refurbishment. There was building work going on all week with the constant sound of jack hammers. Yes the small pool was open at the rear of the complex but this was obviously overcrowded. I picked this complex because of the look of the pool and the good reviews. However to be told about the building work the night before my travel I feel was totally unacceptable. If I had of known this sooner I would of cancelled, but with such short notice I wouldn’t have received a refund.

Stay well clear of this place it's an absolute disgrace should never be allowed on booking. Com I'm shocked that this was on the site I wouldnt use this site again after this stay... Place was walking with bed bugs windows smashed and boarded up no swimming pool the apartment was broken into no security just stay clear owner ignoring messages the list is endless

Stay away not a safe place and not at all what was advertised when I booked like no pools open windows in the room smashed and covered with boards bed bugs and ants everywere place broken into no security worst stay of my life absolutely ruined a hoilday had to fly home 3 days early stay well clear

Access from main road for people with mobility issues

Great location, nice area with bar.

Room was very warm as only got a fan but for the price we paid you have to accept this.
