Garden City Costa Adeje Studio Sunny Balcony Heated pool near Beach

Good location and well situated close to main pool.

No sun lounger on balcony as this area gets a lot of sun. Metal table on balcony is a terrible idea as it gets as hot as an oven, I burnt my leg first day not realising. if children were ever to touch this it would be a disaster.

The experience is very bad, don't book it！！！ This house has very serious hygiene problems, and the landlord doesn't care about your experience at all. The kitchen and bathroom are full of COCKROACHES and some even crawled onto the bed. The landlord actually said that this is normal on Tenerife, and blamed us for making a fuss, refusing to refund or any compensation. We reported the photos and video evidence to the booking platform, and the platform's customer service helped us contact the landlord, but we still got a very tough response: it is normal to have cockroaches in the room. We were very surprised. Finally the landlord agreed to change our room, but the new room was next to the cockroach room, and we found cockroaches AGAIN in the new room. There is no Wi-Fi in the whole house. The landlord will only telling you the fact after you place the order. If you want to use the Internet, you can only go to the bar to use Wi-Fi. My entire trip was spent communicating with the landlord about hygiene issues, and my trip was ruined. Don't book this room!

Apartment and complex spotless

In the advert on booking.com it said internet was available in all areas only to be told by the host there was no internet in the apartment ,because of this I would not have booked this apartment because you need internet these days

I vacation in Tenerife often and really like the Garden City complex. small and clean apartments. Sun in the morning on the balcony. very friendly staff, and most importantly, all entertainment is within walking distance. thanks everyone!🥂

Lovely apartment. The only thing I could say is the shower was dreadful as my granddaughter has long and thick hair and the five or so little jets took an age to get the shampoo out. We couldn’t change it to the big head. Apart from that it is good.
