"Apartment close to everything with nice pool"

Great location, really heated pool, good vibes, close to beach and to restaurants, supermarkets, nice terrace.

The whole apartment is one space, no separate bedroom.

Location to pool, sun on terrace. Property is owner apartment in a complex of owners. Only a few ran by Garden City company.

It’s very tired. Fan on constantly to get air into room. No ventilation fan in bathroom with no window at back end of flat.
