Anreise: vom Flughafen Süd mit dem Bus sehr einfach, eine Haltestelle (auch für Tagestrips nach La Arena zB) befindet sich ganz in der Nähe des Apartments. Umgebung: Die Unterkunft liegt in einer schön ruhigen und mega gepflegten Anlage. Man fühlt sich sicher, da man ohne Schlüssel keinen Zugang zu ihr hat. Der Salzwasserpool ist klasse, sauber und gut temperiert. Zu unserer Reisezeit waren vereinzelt mal 2,3 Liegen belegt, sonst leer! Total entspannt! Fußläufig sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen, teilweise nur wenige Schritte entfernt und 24/7 geöffnet. Sehr praktisch. Die Anlage befindet sich in Hanglage. Zum tollen Strand läuft man 5-10 Min bergab, zurück entsprechend rauf. Zur Wohnung gibt es Treppen. Für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität vll schwierig, aber für "Normalos" definitiv kaum ein Problem. Die Wohnung: Herausragend! Genau wie auf den Bildern. Wir hatten die oberste Wohnung mit zwei Balkonen und waren so begeistert! Es war alles piekfein sauber, hell und einfach nur schön. Gut erhaltene Möbel, bequeme Betten. Küche mit allen nötigen Utensilien (und mehr) ausgestattet. Keine Klimaanlage, aber für uns war es genau so perfekt und wir hätten sie sowieso nicht benutzt. Abends lüften und gut :) Internet schnell und stabil. Und das Wichtigste: keinerlei Getier, was auf Teneriffa echt ein Problem zu sein scheint.. Weder auf den Balkonen, noch in der Wohnung oder in der gesamten Anlage haben wir irgendeine Schabe gesehen. TOP! :)) Schöne Aussicht auf den Teide, es war ruhig, wir haben uns einfach nur super wohl gefühlt und konnten richtig entspannen. Die Gastgeber sind total lieb und zuvorkommend, davon konnten wir uns beim Kontakt vorab und einer kleinen Wohnungseinführung überzeugen. Wenn man sie braucht, sind sie einfach zu erreichen, sonst aber komplett unaufdringlich. Klasse! Zusammengefasst: Wir hatten eine fabelhafte Zeit in dieser Unterkunft :)) Preis/Leistung unschlagbar.

Nichts zu bemängeln oder zu beanstanden! Hier nur noch ein (leider etwas verspätetes) "Dankeschön" an die Gastgeber :) Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt für uns.

The cleanest the facilities like new the location cannot get any better in tenerife you are on the nicest beach and beachfront in less than 5 minutes from apartment can't wait to go back soon

Accomodation was quite basic for the price

The appartment was clean with an appropriate amount of cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment. It was well situated. Only a couple of minutes walk to a large Mercadona supermarket and plenty of small restaurants within walking distance. The swimming pool was heated and there were always enough sunbeds to use. The bed was very comfortable with an cosy duvet and there was a wall of fitted wardrobes with lots of space and plenty of hangers.

The balcony got no sun and although the overall temperatures when we stayed were mid 20s the balcony often got a bit cold to sit on. Also I had booked on the assumption (after reading a review) that it had two balconies. One of which got the sun in the morning and the other the sun in the afternoon. However the host explained that they had two properties and it was the other appartment which had this facility. So a bit disappointing that the review was so misleading. Also the review was obviously about a different month when the sun was higher because our balcony didn’t get any sun at all during our stay in January.

location perfect, lovely quiet, secure complex. spotless apartment. a couple of mins walk to the beach, supermarket and all the restaurants & pubs.

no air-conditioning, it was very warm at night but fans are provided so help a little.
