Location was perfect…pool is heated although very salty..plenty of subbed

Nothing at all …very safe and quiet at night

The appartment was very well located to get into town or to the beach. There are two terraces to choose from for the morning or afternoon sun. Our hosts were really helpful when we met to hand over the keys pointing out the local facilities. It was really comfortable and we had a great stay.

It is located close to everything but yet it is very quiet.

On the balcony there were old brown and orange plastic chairs, that had been obviously in the sun for some time. My daughter who is not big stood up on one (like many people do when changing a light bulp etc.) and it broke a little bit on the seat - but not much. The host imidiatly told us we had to pay for it cause now he had to change them. We dident get new chair when we were there but the day we were leaving the host had bought new kinda expensive chairs a total new model for 66 euros per chair. and told us we should pay at least one chair. When I said no he tried 33 euros, but when I told him that old stuff brake when used and that we shouldent have to pay for new stuff when it is old he called the owner and told me 25 euros in cash. I dident have time for barging so I payed and left. 25 euros is maybe not alot of money but it was the way he did it that dident strike me fair nor nice. My daughter was also sorry for the whole situations because it was our first day and imidiatly we had to pay for something so small. For me it was not about the old broken plastic chair nor the 25 euros but the way the situation was delt with.

I did not require it because the temperature was comfortable. The apartment does not have air conditioning.

The accommodation completely met our expectations and matches the photographs available on the page. We were very well received by Guilhermo who explained to us in detail how the apartment worked and the rules. The apartment was clean and smelled great. It has everything needed for a short or long term stay. It is located in a gated, quiet condominium with a heated pool. In terms of location, it is very close to the main beaches in the area: Las Vistas, Los Cristianos and El Camisón. It is close to a bus stop that has public transport links to almost the entire island. There are several supermarket less than a 5-minute walk away and one that is open 24/7. There's a bonus that I couldn't help but highlight. From the outside balcony, where there are chairs and sun umbrellas available to users, it is possible to observe Teide peak. Muchas Gracias!!!
