The location is central to both Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos. Mercadona 5 mins walk with many mini markets even closer. Bus Stop 2 minutes away. Lovely swimming pool and public rubbish facility nearby. We felt very safe and secure in this apartment which is located in a quiet area.

Nice and quiet around the pool with comfortable sunbeds. Great location for Los Cristianos and Playa De Las Americas, also really close to the beach.

Property a little dated but still good value for what we paid. Road noise a little bit annoying.

"Good accomodation, bad timing"

- very well equipped kitchen, nice complex and swimming pool, good location

- lady who was responsible for check in/out has awefull english, not interested in anything, not recommended anything around, no infortion at all - third day of my stay started construction work at the flat above. Very loud work whole day. The owner had known about it and still let me check in. Very hard to stay so after a day of complaining it was offered a flat that was way further and way worse (no swimming pool, different location, block of flat etc) - I do not recommend to accomodate here due to construction work that has just started at the flat above (I guess it will last at least for one month or two)

Location was great there is a hill down to beach.

Beds were a bit small but comfortable enough.
