Very central and cozy apartment

Sunbeds were really nice, the terrace was big and we enjoyed stargazing at night. Enjoyed the fact that the kitchenette was really well equipped. Check-in instructions were really clear and easy.

1. I don't recommend this for travellers with pets. If you do need to stay with your pet, beware that charges may apply, so think of asking before, to not have any surprises. I let them know beforehand, but they didn't say anything until I left and felt like I brought there an unicorn, even if my cat had it's own litter, didn't poop/pee on the floor or disturbed others. 2. Was accused of leaving the bathroom a mess, even though after one week of staying there I didn't have any cleaning products to clean the floor, was charged for that 50 euros. Also. dear owner, please include in the house rules the fact that we need to take the trash and clean the room ourselves. Seeing the housekeeper everyday I was thinking this is what she does, clean… 3. Was accused of stealing the cards and the hairdryer and leaving very quickly, even though I left to put my luggage in the car. Dear owner, before jumping to conclusions, you might nicely ask a question. Try to take into account that you work with clients/people and attitude matters in this type of business. You say that I treated poorly the staff, they never ever said hello, and as per your colleague, how would you react if someone accused you of stealing? Yeah I was mad, said thank you and left. 4. Room has a door to the terrace that didn't work. We had to slam it everytime to go on the terrace. Not very clean to begin with. 5. Second part of the week I had everyday someone on my terrace doing maintenance work, dear owner, give a heads-up before that, because it felt like I didn't have much privacy. 6. Sometimes hot water is missing 7. Overall it wasn't a nice experience for me, maybe because how it ended. I was also warned that owner would post photos and videos on how I left the place. Dear owner, please do. I think I was pretty clear, fair and objective and you can learn something from an honest feedback. Also I never saw you in person, and you never mentioned any fee for the cat.

There was an ant issue in my room in the first couple of days, but I told the host and I was able to get some spray to kill them easily and I sprayed the room myself. There was no ant issue after that.
