Spacious room, nice building, good location

Wifi refused to work & as everywhere on this island - no matter how much you pay - the floors could be cleaner

The space was great, it had a bed, shower etc, the very basics, bear in mind there wasn't a fridge but a kettle and two glasses with coffee/tea offered, which was nice. It has a nice traditional feel to it, the building is old which is really nice, lovely blue tiles. As we were hiking a lot, it would have helped us massively if there was a washing machine in the building but that was stated in the description. It is in an amazing location, right in the city, going up to the Terrance was nice, it has a nice view of the city on one side and the sunshine hits the spot nicely. One thing that wasn't stated in the booking process until we got to check in, was that there is building work going on during 9 til 6, this is fine unless you need to come back in those hours but it would be best to stay out all day to avoid the noise and dust... Which our room definitely filled with as there was no air flow we needed to keep the windows open so we had loads of dust. Communication was good with the owners, we communicated through what's app which is better for them, they sent all required details and even let us go there early to check in which was great, bear in mind check in isn't like at a hotel, you check in with them on what's app. Overall a good place to stay for a few days.

A lovely place to stay for a couple of days but as soon as it got to the weekend, you couldn't sleep, we stayed in the back rooms, which had no view apart from other Tennant's windows, you could hear all the music and shouting from the streets. The other Tennants were partying and making lots of noise. There is also an automatic light outside the door in the walkway which was very bright and lit up our room when someone walked past. So definitely needed, eye mask and ear plugs; we needed good night sleep as we were hiking a lot this trip.

The apartment was beautiful and close to everything. We enjoyed walking around in the streets - and looking at all the Christmas lights. The public swimmingpool was also great and in a fine walking distance.. We didn't look for a free parking space,- the city was very busy, but parked under Plaza de Espanea - which was easy and a short walk from the apartment. The communication was very friendly and efficient - they even answered fast, when I confused myself and wrote them instead of the hotel we were in some days later : ) We didn't feel bothered by noise and the apartment had a nice temperature. We forgot to see the roof terrasse - guess we will have to come back sometime.

The real bed was really good. But the sofa bed is quite noisy and not for adults

clean bed sheets, very comfortable bed, beautiful spacious room with a little balcony out front, felt safe in the house and in the neighborhood, amazing roof terrace for views and morning yoga, plenty of towels, nice dishes, closet with hangers

Needed to sleep with earplugs because of busy neighborhood with sometimes loud music, hair from former guests on the floor and in the bathroom, dusty floor, no kitchen knife for cutting, unreliable and slow wlan connection - but all could be balanced well with some minor adjustments (good earplugs, cleaning away the hair and dust myself, bought a 1€ knife at the fleamarket, digital detox from too much Wlan)

The location and amenities were great.

A little noisy, but we had a good rest.
