Location easy access for transport. No noise in room 9. Although we did not meet the owner he was very responsive and helpful

The steps up to room 13 with cases. The outside noise all through the night. We were warned prior to booking. But it was worse than expected.

It really was noisy all night from music in bars and people shouting in the night as they made their way home. I have been used to this in Spain over many years, but this was exceptional, so do take ear plugs WiFi kept dropping out, which was annoying, as I had important calls to make Front door can be difficult to open Kitchen could be better equipped, no kettle or sharp knife

The apartment is situated in a historical quarter of Santa-Cruz, not far from the city attractions. There is a terrasse at the building. It is a single terrace for the all apartments thus it was not so useful. Suits are small. They looks like a hospital at the Soviet Union. Who knows, maybe this is a colonial style, but I wasn't impressed. There are no wine-glasses at the kitchen.

Check-In was scheduled too late: on 16:00. Taking in account that checkout was scheduled on 11:00 it seems strange. When I asked to check-in earlier I was answered that it is rather not possible. A reason was that a man who cleans up the rooms doesn't likes when guests disturb him. I cannot believe that there are necessary 5 hours to make-up two small suits. Another disadvantage was that among three wi-fis only one was in operation. It was necessary to spend a time testing the internet connections and asking for credentials.
