Magnificent, very attractive room

Well located, nice building and cool design.

Noisy and very small and uncomfortable bed

Super friendly staff, easy access and despite being in the city center it was quiet.

I lost my keycard (there was only one) on a Friday evening around 22:00 and couldn't get into the apartment. All my belongings were in there. I messaged the host using the Booking chat, but they didn't reply. I called them, but they didn't answer. I had to book another hotel for the night, and they didn't reply until late the next morning. Around 11:00 the housekeeper let me in. Luckily I had an evening flight, otherwise, I would have had an enormous problem. The room was fine, and it was my fault for losing the key. However, I expect the host to pay more attention for any emergencies.

Great charming historical house

As they say via a message AFTER you Book (should be before!!), it’s very noisy at night because bars and clubs. And other Loft guests when they talk late the evening in the hall way: you wake up at night because of this. You really need earplugs..or be ver tolerant for noise. The rest was great
