Palacio de Santa Cruz

It's a very old-fashioned building with high doors, ceilings, and windows, very authentic. It's very central.

It had very few sockets to plug the little fan into. And it was quite noisy, but that's the price you pay for being so central. Not really a dislike, just an observation

Almost impossible to find, nothing like the photos, dirty floors, old furniture. Just felt dirty and uncomfortable.

Central location

Very noisy at night, close to bars area. Personnel not very prompt to respond to queries.

Beautiful building near the city centre.

Noisy bars downstairs, a bit difficult communication with the host. Very late check in hour (16) and we had a problem when openning the door.

At least it was clean. And alright located.

The room did not match the photo. The windows faced an inner courtyard (a well, to describe it better), from which came the smell of mold and dampness. Instead of a double bed, there were two mattresses on one bed. At night, the noise from the street, like music and shouting, could still be heard. Every time someone walked down the hallway at night, the lights in the hallway would light the room. Old, worn-out towels. It was very stuffy, despite the open windows. No possibility to leave a suitcase (I prefer to get this information before paying the booking not after). Disappointing.

I had a to book out of the place within the hour...Nothing liked the room I booked.
