Lovely Host, the apartment was old and tastefully furnished and quite comfortable, kitchen facilities good, security was good, close to train station, cafes/restaurants and supermarket.

Being an old building the airflow was not great so the windows needed to be left open a little, we were unable to personally control room temperature or heated towel rail and we felt a little cool at night and although it was excellent to have a washing machine our clothes took quite a few days to dry and our towels got a bit smelly as they didn't dry.

The bed was very comfortable and had good facilities. Our host was super helpful and made us feel very welcome.

It was up three flights of stairs with no lift.

Good location. Walking distance from Ganoa Principe train station and city attractions, as well as Darsena metro station. Easy metro access to Genoa Brignole train station, from where you can go to Cinque Terre towns and other towns on the Ligurian coast. Walking distance to the cruise ship pier. Clean apartment in a historic house with everything you need.

Access to the apartment on the 3rd floor by stairs. Everything else satisfied me.

Lovely spacious apartment. Clean and easy to get to from the train station. Sara was very welcoming and quick to respond to communications.

No aircon but the fans worked well however may be uncomfortable in warmer weather. The apartment is located in what appears to be a more derelict area that may not suit all travellers.

Very nice apartment, very close to main train station, very nicely decorated inside and had everything you needed for the stay. Sara is very pleasant and prompt and great comunication with her

An air con might've been better, but understood due to position in the historic centre that is not allowed. There are 4 fans in the apartment, 2 of them very new but all functional and very powerful so that keeps a good temperature inside regardless of how hot it's outside. Anyway, not stayed too much in as so many lovely places to visit around Liguria

Clean and good furnished apartement in the city centre, good comunication with apartement manager Sara, exact time of keys forwarding, relatively quiet street in an otherwise busier part of town, some free capsules in coffe machine, everything you need at hand (capsules for dishwasher, shampoo, towels etc.).

Stairs to the third floor can be a problem for the elderly and infirm.

From the very beginning to the very end, communication with the owner Sara was very comfortable and pleasant! The apartment was clean. The location is very convenient, in the old part of the city, 5-8 minutes from the train station, which is not unimportant. There are many very tasty restaurants and shops nearby, all the sights are close!
