Lovely calm place. Accessible and close to Genova PP train station and also to aquarium. All facilities were there. Thanks for the table fans provided as temperature was soaring 30 degrees when we were there.

There is no lift. Had to lift 20kg luggage bags all the floors. Also neighbours were making bit loud noises during midnight. Overall, not much of a negative.
