The location is good for walking to and from the train station and the city. Nearby, there are good restaurants, cafes, shops, and supermarkets. The apartment is big, very clean, comfortable, and is as described. The host is very welcoming and provides you with recommendations and all the information you need. Replies very quickly to messages and is always willing to assist and help with anything to make your stay perfect.

"Fantastic apartment in central Bologna"

Great apartment within easy reach of all the major sights in the wonderful town of Bologna. Comfortable and spacious with good kitchen. Serena was super friendly and helpful with recommendations and directions.

Stay was really good. This time of year Bologna has a few mosquitoes but the apartment provides spray so it was no issue at all.

"Superb"

The apartment is very spacious and ideal for two people. Each floor has a bathroom/shower. We utilised the sofa bed to allow each of us to have our own bed and area to change. There is also plenty of room to store clothes on hangers which was helpful. Serena was a really attentive host, very friendly and offered great advice on where to go/what to avoid during a very busy weekend in Bologna. If I am able to return to Bologna in the future I would be keen to stay at the apartments again.

Very well presented,very comfortable, a cute outside area to enjoy, fantastic host in Serena, so helpful, was also able to watch Netflix. A strong recommendation to anyone wishing to visit Bologna

"Perfect location, great property, great hosts, memorable holiday"

The location is just great. In 400 m one gets to Via Independenza, where the life of the city unveils. In 500 m one gets to the railway station, gate to all Regio Emilia - excellent connections to all historical cities. The area is quiet, safe (three layers of locking), green. Supermarkets, cafes and trattorias within hundreds of meters. The apartment has a little terrace outside where one can enjoy oxygen and quietness. Complete endowment. Great hosts - attentive, polite, providing useful information, checking that all goes well. Serena lives next door so she can intervene in case of any need.
