The apartment is in a great location - very easy to get everywhere in Ortigia and feels like you're really living there. What a charming island! The owner is wonderful - so helpful and full of information. He goes out of his way to make sure your stay is perfect. We had a small issue with some slipperiness on the floor and it was IMMEDIATELY taken care of. We were very impressed. Same for the cleaning person. She is delightful.

The room itself was a bit uncomfortable (the position and comfort of the bed) and the way the electrical works is a little inconvenient/complicated but appreciate the fact that it is energy conscious. We had an outdoor terrace that was incredible and made up for some shortcomings in the room itself! One suggestion: an extra chair and perhaps a small table high enough for dining instead of the coffee table would be more functional.

Fabio has a clean and very well appointed apartment. He was very helpful with instructions on how to arrive and had great restaurant selections. He communicated periodically through our state to make sure everything went well. The apartment is centrally located to everything which is within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable. Would highly recommend this stay to others.

Alt fungerede perfekt. Fabio er en god og hjælpsom vært. Værelset er moderne indrettet med køleskab og kaffemaskine. Sengen er behagelig og badeværelset med lækker brus. Terrassen er et stort plus.
