Ortigia Casa Fab

Location, great shower, good tea and coffee facilities, Fabio was always contactable and replied promptly.

It can be a little noisy at night with people coming and going and airconditioners starting up, but this didn't bother us too much. An elderly couple may find the stairs a bit difficult with luggage.

Fabio has a beautiful apt, very spacious and well equipped. It was tastefully decorated as well. The location was perfect.

The location could be better identified with the house address number showing from the street.

Parking, but that problem in ORTIGIA in all apartments...

+ super helpful host, very good recommendations (e.g. spot for morning swim, breakfast, sunset…) + located right at the center + coffee & machine available and water in the fridge + Prosecco for our anniversary :)

- while the room is spacious, the bed is quite narrow

Super clean and modern. Very central with lovely views of the church. Wonderful facilities and equipment. Fabio is a fantastic informative and helpful host. Casa Fab certainly lives up to its name.

No negatives to report

Excellent location with everything you would want beside you. There was a small local bus that stopped in the square beside the property which is an excellent service between Ortigia and Siracuse. Another bonus was the close proximity to the sea for a nice walk. Fabio was an excellent, kind and thoughtful host. He was always available and he provided good advice and information.

Lots of stairs to access the property which might prove a challenge to some. Numerous keys for a number of locks.

Spacious, central location in the heart of ortigia, clean, modern, and equiped with all the amenities in the apartment. Fabio is an excellent host, giving great advice and going that extra mile for us, we very much appreciate his hospitality, and we will be back someday. We will highly recommend staying here to our friends and family.

Absolutely class apartment, nothing we did not like.
