"Ricardo and his mum Magdalenia could not have been nicer."

The host met me at a cafe and walked us to the room. Lots of communication and very nice people to deal with. I had some issues when my phone battery died and couldn't find the room and they went out of their way to help me. I can't thank them enough.

Riccardo met with us in person and was communicating with us all day to make sure he was there when we arrived.

When we arrived Riccardo had refreshments in place and had left us a bottle of wine and snacks, he left us with a number of recommendations for food, drinks and takeaway.

"Perfect!"

The apartment itself was spotless, and very comfortable. The welcome pack was also a lovely unexpected extra! The location is very central and absolutely perfect - v close to lots of sights and fabulous restaurants (and the cake shop literally by the front door has to be the best place anywhere for breakfast). We came with a car, and with the pass provided by the hosts, it was very easy to park for free just a five minute walk away. I think it would be impossible to rate the hosts too highly. Communication, ease of getting the keys, etc, all perfect, and when we managed to leave a case behind in the apartment, they went out of their way to immediately arrange to have it sent on to us. We used Modena as a base to visit a parmeggiano reggiano maker, balsamic vinegar di Modena producer, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Pagani museums, etc, and the apartment was ideal for that. Would very highly recommend

The property is in a great location and has a terrific rooftop view. It's very modern and clean. The host communicated well and went out of their way to make us comfortable. I would def recommend this apartment in Modena!
