Marco made sure we knew how best to get to the property and gave many good recommendations. personally met by Madallena and taken to the property ... wonderful roof terrace which was extremely peaceful at night! right in the centre of Modena surrounded by very good restaurants, cafes and shops

82 stairs to the property... on 4th floor .. clue in the name L'Attico del Duomo 😀

The location was excellent, steps away from everything! The large terrace overlooking the beautiful rooftops was relaxing. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. There were snacks and a nice bottle of Lambrusco for us which was an unexpected surprise.

The walk up the steps to the 4th floor with luggage was challenging and one needs to be able to walk those steps when considering the property. Without luggage it was good exercise for us so we didn’t mind the steps. There is some noise from the restaurants/bars on the street below until 1am some nights. Also, a washer/dryer would be nice.

"Excellent accommodation in Modena."

The host was very welcoming, helpful, responsive and generous. We were greeted with a beautiful bottle of wine, snacks and lots of breakfast items. The property was spotless with modern appliances and very well appointed. We also enjoyed relaxing on the patio. The location is the absolute best with restaurants literally at your door and many more surrounding plus lots of shopping. We highly reconnected Attico Del Duomo. We will be back!

very clean, great location, very thoughtfully equipped, fantastic terrace overlooking the rooftops, lovely host,

the bedrooms were at the front and the street noise meant we couldn’t sleep with the windows open. fortunately the double glazing eliminated most of the street noise

"Lovely Apartment in a perfect location!"

It is a lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Nicole was lovely and helped us with our luggage up the four flights of stairs, which was greatly appreciated. There were lots of food goodies for us in the apartment to use. Overall we had a lovely stay in Modena.

The single beds were not very comfortable and the shower drainage was not very good.

all excellent. only moan would be the shower pressure and a couple times took ages for the hot water to filter through
