Sehr schönes Apartement mit grosser Terrasse an sehr zentraler Lage. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen.

Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock ohne Lift, für körperlich eingeschränkte Personen nicht geeignet.

"Perfect place to stay in a lovely city"

Maddalena was a gracious hostess. She welcomed us, recommended restaurants, and helped with reservations. The location couldn’t be better - close to the mercato and piazza grande. The little bakery right below was delightful.

"Magic time in Modena!"

We had a beautiful time in Modena thanks to Maddalena & her lovely apartment. Everything was thought of, comfortable bed, lovely linen, snacks & condiments. Also recommendations for restaurants. The fabulous Mercado Albinelli is so close & Maddalena’s local knowledge was invaluable.

"Perfect!"

The property was in a fantastic location, right next to the main piazza. Very clean and had everything you needed for your stay. We were welcomed with a bottle of lambrusco and snacks which was very nice! very quiet apartment, comfortable beds and a big terrace. would definitely stay again.

Very good apartment. Great location, right next to the main square and the cathedral. Comfortable, clean apartment, with new equipment. Very well equipped kitchen. Terrace, where you can have breakfast or sit on a sun lounger with a glass of wine. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and snacks, which was a great gift. Coffee and tea available.. Perfect place.

Apartment is on the 4th floor but it can be treated as everyday gym ;-)

Perfect location. Very central. Lovely welcome! Communication with the host was excellent, very efficient and very accommodating. Very pleasant outside on the terrace when the weather was good overlooking the rooftops.

8 flights of stairs to the property (no lift).

Amazing location, very clean, had everything a vacation rental could need. Terrace extra plus and the host very super helpful and quick in communicating with us

"Great apartment in a fabulous location"

Great location, spotlessly clean with a great outdoor space. We loved being able to walk everywhere and particularly enjoyed the market and nearby bars and restaurants.

There are a lot of stairs up to the apartment so for anyone with mobility issues it would not be suitable.
