The apartment was updated and clean with everything you need including a nice welcome package. The outdoor space was wonderful with a nice view and evening sun. The location can't be beat. The hosts were very quick to respond with questions and met us and helped us organize parking. We also took their advice for a dinner spot and were very happy we did. I can highly recommend this spot as a homebase to explore beautiful Modena and surroundings.

It is a 4th floor walkup which is not always fun but the outdoor space made up for it.

Everything was Perfect 🤩 The only thing for us oldies is that it was on the 4th floor with No lift ! Struggling with all our luggage was quite hard- but Maddalena met us out the front and she also helped us with our luggage - she also called a cab for us on our early morning departure- lovely lady and there were also some lovely personal touches for us on our arrival 😁

An absolutely beautiful apartment - the hosts were so gracious and kind and had laid out a bottle of wine for us as a welcome. The kitchen was very thoughtfully stocked with items for breakfast including croissants, tea and coffee. The decor in the bedrooms and throughout the apartment were gorgeous. They had different coloured towels ready for the 4 of us which was a lovely touch too. The hosts were truly fabulous - helping us find an appropriate parking spot and making sure we were super comfortable. It really enhanced our stay in Modena. Thank you so much!!

Loved everything in the apartment. If I had to find a downside, it would be that there is no elevator and it's on the top floor so lugging bags up is a bit of a pain. But otherwise - superb.
