Penthouse Alentejana

We have stayed in this apartment 4 nights. It was very clean, spacious, very comfortable, well equipped, nice bedding, easy location with outside parking space, no noise. Close to shops but a bit far from the main beach, so we chose to drive but lots of parking spaces around the beach. Responsive and helpful host. We only struggle a bit to open the door to the building. Highly recommending. If we are back to this location we will re-book it.

- in der Wohnung war es staubig und der Balkon war sehr dreckig - das Haustürschloss lässt sich schlecht öffnen (Schlüssel leicht herausziehen) - Durchgerosteter Wäscheständer und Grill - Kein Wasserkocher, keine Hängematte, kein Bügeleisen (wie angegeben) - Pfanne zerkratzt, Küchenutensilien teilweise kaputt - wenig Grundausstattung Das ist keine neue Kritik, aber die Vermieterin Carmen scheint es nicht zu interessieren. Auf unsere Nachfrage über Booking bzgl. früherem Check In und wo wir die fehlenden Gegenstände finden wurde gar nicht geantwortet. Es gibt nur automatische Nachrichten mit falschem WLAN Passwort... Hier wird nur das nötigste gemacht und abkassiert. Schade!

Op basis van goede ervaring 1 jaar geleden, appartement voor 2e keer geboekt. Pluspunten zijn niet gewijzigd: ruim, rustig gelegen appartement met een groot zonneterras. Goed uitgeruste keuken, prima douche, comfortabele bedden, meubilair van goede kwaliteit. Koken van water moet in de magnetron plaatsvinden, een waterkoker zou handiger zijn.

Aandacht voor diverse details is nodig. - bevestigingspijp op voet grote parasol nog steeds los - voordeur gaat nog steeds moeilijk open met geleverde sleutel - bevestigingsbout van rugleuning van één van de zonnebedden zit los - deurtje van opslag gasflessen op balkon sluit niet meer, waait steeds open. Gasflessen kunnen sowieso verwijderd worden, omdat alles elektrisch is. - keukenkraan bevat geen perlator meer, dit leidt tot onnodig waterverbruik. - handleidingen apparatuur nergens te vinden (bediening magnetron is niet intuïtief) - inchecktijd nog steeds onduidelijk: tussen 15.00 en 20.00 volgens informatieboek, vanaf 16.30 volgens Booking.com

Hemos pasado una estancia estupenda, el apartamento estaba muy limpio, es muy amplio y precioso decorado. Las camas muy cómodas, las sábanas y toallas estupendas. Está en una zona tranquila con buenas vistas. Nos ha encantado. Sin duda repetiríamos..

Al principio pensé que teníamos recoger las llaves en otra dirección, a lo.mejor no entendí bien el mensaje. Por lo demás todo genial.

The only heating were two very small convector heaters which heated the bedrooms but were totally inadequate to heat the large lounge/dining room, its cold in the evenings in March

Počasie nám neumožnilo využiť terasu ktorá vyzerala tiež skvelo! Ale to pochopiteľne nie je výčitka k apartmánu a jeho majiteľom...
