Location was excellent.

Nothing to dislike.

Proactive communication by Mr. Bala before and throughout the stay. He promptly refilled the satellite TV subscription when we reported that it was lapsed and also showed genuine care in ensuring that we were comfortable during our stay. This made us feel as if we in a home away from home. Location of the property is just 5 minutes walk from the main shopping junction where all necessary items can be purchased. There are 3 good restaurants and one excellent bakery in the immediate vicinity of the property from where one could order in case they choose not to cook. Ample parking space and the locality is very quiet / peaceful. Mr. Bala has provided almost all amenities that a regular house would have. All are in perfect working order and maintained well. The living space is layed out well in a practical manner and there are ample cabinets for keeping clothes / bags. The balcony and terrace are added benefits for relaxing.

An excellent property needs regular and diligent maintenance to keep up its ratings. Here are a few points for the same - The housekeeping staff who visit regularly should be monitored or replaced as they are doing a perfunctory job. There are cobwebs in the bathroom and the fan blades need cleaning badly. The utensil drawers in the kitchen have dead cockroaches in them. There is visible dust and finger marks on the walls and windows. This should be cleaned at least between bookings. The bulb over the main door was fused and its difficult to open the locks in the evenings as its very dark although there is lighting on the stairs which is ineffective when we approach the door to the property. The same over the wash basin is missing. There is a bird nest in the external unit of the AC of the bedroom obviously overlooked by the disinterested cleaning staff.

Best place to stay in south goa. There were all the amenities. Book it without a second thought. Owner is very polite.

Homely feeling.. Each and Every thing needed for the home was available. The best part was that owner has read the previous feedback and had work on that as well. Amazing experience. Thank you hosting us so well. Looking forward to visit again soon.
