The stay was wonderful. We had an amazing experience. It was like we found a home at Goa. The owners were really sweet. They took us out the first night we were there. They have done an amazing job with the apartment which is equipped with the complete set of amenities including the kitchen. If you are intending on a long stay and would like to cook for yourself, look no more, this place is perfect with the complete kitchen.

A beautifully designed apartment that felt nothing less than a home! The flat is compact and has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. It is beautifully furnished with particular attention to all the details for the best comfort. The washing machine was big thumbs up for our soiled clothes. The room has all the necessary equipment like extra bedsheet, blanket. A well prepared kitchen with microwave, toaster and induction. There is a German Bakery serving some really amazing sourdough bread in the same complex and a cafe as well. There are many other great coffee shops, restaurants and shops in walking distance and the neighborhood itself is great. Highly recommended for female travelers as the apartment and area is really safe. Mr.Bala went way beyond to make our stay warm and memorable. He was generous enough to let us do an early check in. He was super responsive with all our queries and very accommodating, helpful and friendly. He gave us some superb recommendations on where to eat, places to shop and sights to see. All in all a well maintained and cozy apartment for a long or short stay. Will definitely visit again!

this place is located in benaulim town around 1.5 kms from the beach and 15 min car journey from Madgaon railway station. The house is very good for four people to stay conveniently and every thing has well placed in the house as far as the hospitality is concerned.

We had a great experience in finding a holiday home in Goa privately owned by Mr. Balakrishnan, A very supportive gentleman. Well maintained apartment, Great service and very quick response. Walkable distance to the beach. Food and groceries are available within 25mtrs of walking. Conveniently located to move around. We had an online booking of the apartment and badly needed a place to stay at mid night due to confusions with another booking, where we planned to stay originally. Mr. Balakrishnan allowed us to move in considering our situation. We are greatful for his kind gesture and appreciate his attentiveness to phone calls even at that odd time. Thank you sir.

Location is good, Value for money, comfortable and clean room.

Plastic furniture could be replaced with wooden ones. Some of the electrical equipments are old and could do with a replacement.

The location, openness, airyness, staff behaviour, owner's supportive nature, everything is excellent.

Nothing to mention

It is a 1BHK property which is very well maintained. The host, Mr. Bala is a wonderful person and he made sure our stay is comfortable in every way. He is very responsive and didn’t hesitate to show us the property before booking. If you are 2-3 people planning to visit Benaulim, don’t think twice and book this place. Very near to the beach as well and it has 2 very good restaurants (one fast food and another one is a german bakery) in the same complex which serves excellent food. A fully equipped kitchen with microwave and a washing machine is a big plus. It also has a terrace and a balcony which are not easy to find in such property. I will definitely stay again there if I visit Goa.
