The rooms are awesome and the location is perfect. The owners are too supportive and caring.

One of the Best property I ever stayed. Near to beach and silent place. Best for family specially for small kids and mainly its too safe . The owner Balakrishnan is the best person who is guide us about goa tour and taking all necessary care

Hospitality of the host the owner was always available if needed. The apartment is new and the facilities were very good. Suitable for family. Shops and restaurants nearby We really enjoyed the stay and we will visit this apartment again when we visit Benaulim. Benaulim beach walkable distance (1.5 Km). Felt safe through out the stay. It is well maintained and have everything for a comfortable stay.

The way to the apartment from the main road mainly at night. More lights would be better.

Rooms are very clean, hygenic and specious. They also have safe parking. All thing are above my expectations.also owner is also very supportive and humble.

There is nothing to dislike all thing are above expectations

🥰it was outstanding stay. We travel alot this is our first time we got good and clean place to enjoy our holidays. Sure will choose same place to come again here. Mr bala and Mrs bala they are so polite their specially came to meet us to ask about our stay. Thank you for giving us good service. highly recommend if your for good hygiene place to stay at Benaulim.

Flats were fresh and Bala provided all the help required. He also suggested us a route to reach Mobor beach where we get clean water and no crowd beach. Thanks Bala for all the help!
