We loved our stay in this property in Benaulim, next to Panchayet. This 2 bhk apartment is spacious and filled with all modern amenities like kitchen, utensils, microwave, induction, water filter, washing machine and all. Located in peaceful area, market and many restaurants nearby. I deeply appreciate and thank our host Balakrishnan sir, a true gentleman and wonderful person. He always keep in touch with his guests and guide them like his own family member. He holds a very senior position in a private firm, comfortable in many languages including Hindi and English, a deeply passionate person. Benaulim beach is just 1.5 km, auto will charge 100 rupees from circle. Its an awesome beach, pleasant and clean, not much crowded. I should also thank Mr. Chandru for helping us with traveling and delicious home cooked food. You might find this property fees on a little higher side, but believe me, it's modern amenities, location and most of all warm hosting by Bala sir, will not make you feel amend. I missed few places to visit this time in December, so I will come again in next year.

You must hire a cab/taxi for site visiting and even for local transportation, since GoaMiles app didn't work for me. Ola/Uber is not allowed in Goa. Never order any food on the beach, they will just loot you, they overcharged 3 times to me.

Location and ambience is nice

We recently stayed for a little over 5 weeks at this apartment and were very comfortable here. It is quite spacious with a large terrace at the rear, on which we spent a lot of time. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the air conditioning was very controllable ensuring we had a sound night's sleep. The facilities generally were excellent - a good sized bathroom with a nice hot shower, a useful kitchen area with a really good fridge and easy to use washing machine, and the lounge/dining areas had good ceiling fans. There were lots of electrical sockets conveniently placed, WiFi worked very well and there is an electrical backup system in place that keeps lights and fans running during brownouts that do happen in Benaulim but, fortunately, usually last only a few minutes. One of the best things about this apartment are the hosts Bala and his wife Rema, who are two of the nicest people you could wish to meet. Bala was always contactable via WhatsApp and was always keen to ensure our stay was a good one. When we had an issue with low water pressure in the shower, I messaged Bala and he got it sorted within the hour. We enjoyed our stay here immensely and would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Our stay was perfect as was expected from the reviews. A German bakery very nearby was the cherry on the top. Awesome sourbreads made our breakfasts aweful.

It was wonderful to be at this place. Me and my family had an extremely comfortable stay. The hosts Mr. Balakrishna and Rema Balakrishna were very kind. They were ready to greet us when we arrived late in the night though they stay far away from the property. They also proactively guided us on the sight seeing places and provided all the needed information. The property is very spacious and very neatly maintained. You have everything a family would need during the stay. It was like home away from home for us. The place around is very serene and shops are easily reachable. I definitely would recommend others to book this property in case you plan to stay at South Goa. Thank you Mrs and Mr Bala for your wonderful hospitality and care.

The property is located where all facilities are available. There are so many restaurants situated near the property and the most attraction i.e sea beach is not far distance.
