The property was clean , the space was enough. The owner is really great person , very helpful in all the possible way. I was really impressed by their kindness and helpful nature.I would recommend this property if you plan to stay at south goa. It's 500m away from the Benaulim beach.

My stay at this charming property was nothing short of magical. Tucked away in a quiet and subtle corner, it offered a unique and peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The location couldn't have been better. It was just a short walk away from the beach. The property itself was a gem. It was well-maintained, clean, that was exactly what I needed. It was equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was immaculate and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking, and the living space was comfortable and inviting. The Wifi was a great help. The supermart and medical shop is at walkable distance from the flat. There is also a small café and a Germany bakery that’s opened recently in the same society. The host, Mr.Bala and his wife without a doubt, were the highlight. They ensured the space and peace I was seeking. At the same time, they were always available when I had questions or needed assistance. Their thoughtfulness and genuine care for my experience were truly remarkable with the local recommendations shared by him. If you're searching for a peaceful and subtle getaway with a host who understands the art of hospitality, this property is an excellent choice.

The stay was excellent,it was like a well furnished 1 Bhk( well equipped kitchen, watching machine,fridge ,iron box) extremely comfortable The owner was in touch with me throughout the stay and made it really comfortable and made sure everything was in place. location wise it's a great place to stay in both for short and long term stay,all the major famous restaurants and cafes are very nearby ( a very amazing German bakery is just downstairs and another cafe too). Beaches are also nearby u can either walk to it or rent a bike. I would definitely recommend this place to either solo travelers or to group or friends or family.
