Berg Apartments

Schön ausgestattet Wohnung. Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Betten waren sehr bequem. Alles war schön sauber.

Leider war das Haus immer noch eingerüstet. Bauarbeiten fanden tagsüber statt, sodass man gezwungen war immer unterwegs zu sein, wegen Baulärm. Was auch ein bisschen gestört hat, war die Hellhörigkeit. Wir haben die Nachbarn bei jedem Schritt gehört.

Spacious enough for 4 people.

The property advertised parking on site however it is falsely advertised as there was only street parking next to the apartment. Parking has complicated rules, expensive, time consuming to look for one near apartment because every street was busy. You would have to park car away from apparent and walk 15 minute away to find the easy parking. It was also hard to find the apartment because staff gave wrong description of the apartment. They informed me “white building with red windows”. However, the building was under construction and the outer paint probably got altered so it was red building with white windows. I spent an hour driving around to find the apartment because I was not expecting that the apartment was covered with construction!! It raised safety concerns! What was broken that was being fixed?!? The walls/roof?!? I felt unsafe as there were construction poles and broken cement even at the entrance!! Poses safety and fall risk!! The parking and construction should have been advertised truthfully so I could have avoided this apartment!! This property also advertised city views however it was blocked with construction poles!! Also the front door was easily accessible (we realize you do not need code to get in main door!!) so there was a random stranger outside of the apartment in the middle of the night. We had to call Iceland police to escort man to a taxi to his correct address! So many safety concerns with this place!

Amazing location and very clean.

There was construction going on the exterior that was a bit noisy and made the entryway difficult but assume that will be done with soon.

Street parking but thats the case for reykjavik, was hard to find due t Renovation of the building with no prior information alao the door code didnt work until called them by phone.
