Berg Apartments

We were moved to a property as ours had been accessed by drug addicts (how with secure door code we will never know) that was clean but smaller than we’d paid for and clad in scaffolding undergoing major works

No mention of building work to all elements of the outside of the property No offer of reasonable compensation so far for being moved to a smaller property after being left standing in the rain with luggage for 2 hours on arrival

Everything was good

The safty on one fire extinguisher was missing

Great location and very spacious. Great kitchen options.

Two things: 1/ No cable for TV 2/ The building was being renovated - we did not know that so had difficulty identifying the entrance. Once we cleared that up, carpenters built a step up into the unit and then it was a great experience after the initial confusion. We'd recommend it highly, recommended to a family member already and would definitely stay here again.

Spaziosa, ottima per 5 o 6 persone! C’è tutto l’essenziale per passare diversi giorni. Bagno confortevole. Molto pulita. Posizione ottima perché centrale e con un comodo parcheggio adiacente. Ci si può muovere a piedi per andare ovunque! Host disponibile e gentile! Consiglio vivamente

Catastrophe! The building is undergoing construction and renovations, with scaffolding and workers looking directly into the apartment – there was no privacy! It was impossible to open the windows because of the strong smell of paint, constant drilling and hammering from early morning until late evening. There were no proper steps at the entrance to the apartment, making it unsafe to go in and out, with a real risk of falling. The host deliberately concealed this and failed to mention in the listing, as required, that the property is actually located on a construction site.
