T23 Penthouse Suite - Reykjavík

Location is very convenient, and house is clean to enjoy the stays

- Clean, nice and beautiful room - Located in the middle of the city - There is free parking nearby - Quick responsive staff via booking.com message

- Quite cold room. I don’t know how to adjust the temperature so it’s better if you have a manual - Master bedroom is very big, but the other 2 are so small 😅 cannot open the luggages in other 2 rooms - When check in, I was informed that the main door could be opened until 21.00. So we need to check in before 21.00 to bring the key at the room in order to open the front gate. I arrived at 20.00. The main gate was shut. So I need to find entrance from garage (but couldn’t). Anyway, finally I could get inside by waiting for somebody to open the main door (lucky me!). So please check accuracy of the time that the door opened. However, the pro is that staff can easily contact and responded very very quick. I felt I had somebody trying to get things fixed. - Should have washing machine maintenance. I needed to fix and clear dirty drain hose as it clogged. I needed to drain water from the machine in order to be able to use it. And water was flood as there was no flat container to hold the water. I think this doesnt suppose to be me who do it. So please check and maintain everything in good condition.

Great location and very nice apartment

Great location; lovely apartment. Perfect for touring city or driving for day touring elsewhere, including the Golden Circle. We would return again.

Check-in location and parking was a bit confusing; video definitely helped. Knowing your license plate before is difficult with a rental car, but the owner worked with us on it. Dryer did not power on, but we didn't call about this because the dry rack worked for us, but this could have been an issue. Also, I would remind cleaners to check the refrigerators, as food was left in there and a pan was dirty. Trash disposal was also a little unclear at first, but upon review of the check-in, we succeeded.

Property was very nice and in a great location. Main bedroom was very large. The communal area was spacious and well decorated with enough room for 6 people to sit and relax after a day exploring.

Two other bedrooms were quite small and the beds in all rooms weren't very comfortable. Bins hadn't been emptied and dishwasher was left with dirty cutlery in it. We tried to run a cycle to clean this but it didn't work so we ended up washing up after other people. Car parking instructions weren't made clear until we had issues then a video was sent, this would have been helpful if sent before.

Great location, the kitchen is well-equipped, furnishings and showers are very nice, and has comfortable seating and beds. The heated floors were awesome.

Very minor suggestion: please provide instructions of how to turn on the wall mounted speaker.

Amazing location, plenty of bars, restaurants and shops around. Easy walk to local bus stops. Apartment is beautiful and designed to a high specification. Master bedroom is amazing (other bedrooms are a lot smaller but still very nice). Great communication with staff and was able to check in early.

Good communication from the host, the apartment was well equipped and the additional extras were a bonus. The beds were so comfortable and all the bed liken and towel clean and fresh. Could not fault this beautiful apartment. The location was also so central to shops, transport and local attractions. Highly recommend
