location, quality of the apartment - the little extras

Everything was perfect. The apartment is decorated in a beautiful modern style. The location is perfect - quiet but close to everything. The host of the apartment is very friendly and the contact with him is super efficient and nice. I would definitely stay there again!

Gorgeous penthouse, well appointed, very quiet. Great part of town with easy walk to many restaurants, and a great centrally located location for the many activities that we wanted to do while in Iceland!

Location was great. Right in the heart of downtown.

Was a little hard to find at first. There are two buildings and the instructions I think these property owners own property in both so the instructions were a little confusing. But the manager was very responsive.

Location was great...close to shopping, bars, restaurants, easy to get in and out with a car. Given the proximity to all of this, there was outside noise that you will hear, but overall a great spot.

We arrived late in the day and had a difficult time getting into the building. Some of the instructions we received before our arrival were helpful, however they had us trying to get in the wrong door, which after a lot of travel was frustrating. That being said, they were always very responsive and helpful whenever we reached out.

This not the facility what we are expecting ... Definitely I will not recommended to other guests

Need to have proper reception desk or some sort of attendant so that people those are come 1st time from different country & different cultural back group will feel helpful Also inside facility there is no food facility specially those are traveled and hungry looking for food can order and feel easy

Great location. Clean with great amenities (washer dryer/parking) and spacious living area.

I had to pay for parking first night ($60) because the owner was slow to get my license plate in the system. (I gave it to them as soon as I possibly could, which was morning of arrival when I picked up my rental….but it shouldn’t take that long to do this). Also, while the main bedroom is wonderful and spacious, the 2nd and 3rd rooms were super small. The 2nd had a reasonable amount of closet space, but the 3rd had nothing. This is more a property for a families with children to take the smaller rooms, than for 3 adult couples.

Amazing location right in the centre of Reykjavik. Fantastic apartment with plenty of space and beautifully decorated. Would love to stay here again!
