"Lack of communication with owner. Great location."

Communication with owner to access property was horrible. The property was appropriate size for our group.

Responsiveness to requests is sub-standard. I paid for an extra night to be able to check in earlier in the day. Instructions they provided were inaccurate. I tried to call them upon arrival and did not get a suitable response. I had called three times. I got the run around and was offered a callback. But never received one. Eventually got inside the apartment after waiting for over two hours. Not pleasant since I travelled with grandparents and two kids.

"We all had a very enjoyable stay and the apartment is very well located."

Clearer instructions and details with regards to where you should park your vehicle would be really helpful.

It would be handy to have an Information booklet in the apartment to tell you how appliances, etc work.

Location is great. Loved the kitchen. Was surprised that the stove was induction but figured out how to use it. Having parking downstairs was super convenient. Beds are comfortable bathrooms are spacious. Master suite is huge. We felt truly at home.

Would recommend- we lucked upon the parking garage a clear explanation of how to access it from street would've been helpful with an indication of which door would provide access to building. Also, the bins for recycling were a little "hidden" (we never found the bin for the glass and cans) but these are minor details. Wondering how to work thermostat, None of us could figure that out.

"Fantastic stay at T23"

We had an amazing 2 night stay at T23 penthouse. This luxury penthouse was beautifully decorated at a fantastic location, and it had an underground parking lot. The host was very responsive to questions. We had a fantastic time. Definitely would book again.

"Beautiful apartment, less than stellar building"

The layout was great, the amenities and location were a huge help for our stay

The elevator was broken for most of our stay and we had intermittent issues with the doors. They luckily cleared up right before check out but it would've been a huge issue for.
