"A wonderful stylish stay in Modica"

What a lovely terrace apartment in Modica ! So stylish and so comfortable ! Great decor, yet fully equipped to longer stay ! Bed very comfy, enough and just right pillow ! Air co works so well. All rooms are overlooking the town ! Well equipped kitchen, you can cook there if needed quite well! Coffee provided, and wine and fruits - such a nice touch! Large bathroom with a proper shower (those of us from North America would appreciate a large stall you can turn around in !:-) Great location. Easy walk down to all the restaurants and a free parking just few steps away !

La struttura è bellissima, molto curata e molto spaziosa. Il pavimento è spettacolare, così come gli arredi e la cura dei particolari. Dalla camera da letto poi la vista su Modica la sera è impagabile

Estuvimos 9 días en la casa de Giorgio.,la cual es una joya en Modica. La vivimos mucho y a diferentes horas, pero la mejor es la tarde viendo a Modica oscurecer desde la magnífica terraza con un buen vino. Queremos agradecer a Giorgio todas sus atenciones. Ir por nosotros a la estación de trenes ayudarnos con las compras y llevarnos a la estación cuando nos fuimos. Gracias, Giorgio.

"Comfy and relaxing place to stay"

The apartment is very nice and spacious. It’s well equipped and in a great but quiet location.The terrace and balcony are excellent to relax in. Our host was quick to react to a minor problem and make us feel at home. I recommend the apartment to anyone as a nice place to relax while in Modica

Le propriétaire est extrêmement serviable et fait tout pour que le séjour soit agréable.la maison est remarquablement bien décorée et tout est pensé pour que le séjour soit le plus confortable possible.Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce superbe endroit ainsi que Modica ,ville historique dont la population est très accueillante.
