Доброжелательный и приветливый хозяин. Встретил и отвёз в аэропорт Treviso Cardova по предварительной договоренности. В квартире чисто и аккуратно. Клаудио всегда на связи ( подсказал как добраться до Венеции,где купить билет). Всем советую эти апартаменты.

"Perfect location and cozy apartment for families"

Pretty close to the T1 tram going to Venice old town in a cosy neighborhood with parking spots available around the house. Shops not so nearby but it's either a 3 minute drive or a bit more walk, nothing too bad.

La gentillesse du propriétaire, très agréable, pleins de bons conseils dans notre langue, disponible et sympathique, une mine d’or pour avoir les meilleurs conseils pratique mais pour visiter les meilleures choses aux meilleurs prix. L'emplacement est génial ! Il est super bien placé pour tout faire, à pied ou en tramway. L’appartement est spacieux et très propre.

Our stay at Claudio apartment was wonderful. His place was super clean and has all the necessary amenities including basic cooking items. Location was also great few minutes walk to the nearest bus or tram station. He came to receive us and also the last day. Only thing to keep in mind this property requires deposit money, which Claudio has returned immediately after the check out. We did bank transfer. In all his apartment is great and we will definitely visit again

베네치아에 들어가기 위하여 이동할 수 있는 트렘과 버스가 걸어서 5분거리였어요. 가까워서 너무 좋았습니다. 숙소도 너무 깨끗하고 주택가 주변이라서 집이 조용했던 것도 만족스러웠습니다. 집안에서 생활하는데 주방시설이나 화장실 및 세탁시설도 구비가 잘되어있어서 만족했습니다.

단점은 없었습니다.

Нам очень понравилось расположение апартаментов, рядом магазин, где можно купить проездной на все виды транспорта, в 5 минутах трамвайная остановка, 10 минут на трамвае до Венеции. Квартира очень чистая, оборудована абсолютно всем необходимым для конфортного проживания, выглядит лучше, чем на фото. Клаудио всегда на связи, заранее оформил нам пропуска в Венецию и выслал очень подробную инструкцию обо всём, что нужно. Однозначно рекомендуем!
