Clean comfortable apartment, great location, excellent shower and bathroom, everything was provided, no need to eat out every night, close to all amenities including an amazing supermarket and bar close by.

The apartment was tidy as well as the whole building which is really clean. Communication with the hostess, Alessandra, was impecable. She even let us in for late check out.

Something that the owners are not responsible about is that Saturday night gets quite noizy at the street under the apartment.

The property was in an excellent location, ten mins walk from the train station and a ten minute walk to the main area for restaurants. Our host was in hand at arrival to explain everything about the property and stayed in contact the next day to ensure all was ok.

The host was very kind and helpful, attentive and communicative. Very clear directions, additional local information and guide. Welcome gift of bottle of Prosecco.

We loved how cosy and comfortable the apartment was. Our host was very nice and smiling, she even recommended a list of nice places to go out to and eat in Bologna. We absolutely loved the decoration and the aesthetics of the flat.

We really can't find fault with this property.

Everything. Fantastic location. Spacious. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Great communication from the hosts. The best rain head shower I’ve used.
