Appartamento pulito, moderno con tutti i comfort possibili. Parcheggio libero di fronte alla struttura, zona tranquilla, silenziosa e a 2 minuti a piedi da Corso Mazzini. Il proprietario Valerio persona squisita e attenta, pronta a venire incontro ad ogni tua esigenza e a darti consigli su qualsiasi cosa. Sicuramente sosterò nuovamente qui quando passerò da Cosenza.

"Cosenza - just like home"

The location allows exploration of Cosenza by foot. The area is quiet at night. There is plenty of discount shopping and restaurants close by (avoid the pizza restaurant downstairs-they have a cover charge). The elevator makes arrival and departure easy. Valerio will take very good care of you. You will find a starter amount of coffee, milk, breakfast crackers and other necessities allowing you a leisurely first few hours after arrival - super nice.

Need some covers for pots and pans. Ensure salt, oil and basic spices are not empty. Really enjoyed our stay. We will probably return to Cosenza someday. See you then.
