The views!

A wonderful place to relax with a beautiful view of Como Lake. Before our arrival, Luisa contacted us and we were able to arrange everything with her. She was very kind and helpful.

The house was in a beautiful location with an amazing view of Lake Como and the surrounding town. It was modern and clean with a spacious balcony and also an outdoor gazebo to relax in and enjoy the sunshine and views of the lake.

Przemiła właścicielka Luisa; bardzo dobry kontakt. Przyjemny widok na jezioro, choć z pierwszego piętra jest lepszy (my spaliśmy na parterze). Apartament dobrze wyposażony, choć na dwie osoby zbyt duży.

Lokalizacja - niby blisko do centrum, ale trzeba używać stromych, kamienistych schodów, które wieczorem nie są oświetlone. O ile samo zejście w dzień trwa kilka minut; o tyle wejście w upale zajmuje już blisko 30 minut. Wieczorem trzeba zamawiać taxi lub czekać na darmowego busa ze stacji kolejowej (brak dokładnego harmonogramu). Biorąc pod uwagę, że w ciągu dnia poruszamy się tymi schodami minimum dwa raz - stanowi to dyskomfort.

This beautiful property is everything as described on the website! The host was kind and responsive! She welcomed us at the house, and also came to bid us farewell. The views were stunning, and the security and parking were top-notch.

Loved the property. View of the lake is amazing with privacy. Luisa (owner) is the best of the best !! As the property is up on the hill overlooking the lake; she came to pick us up and drop us off from the train station the day we arrived (she does this for each and every tenant of hers !!!). She also offered to help us couple more times for a ride in her car to/from the town and she also helped give us tips of the area. To sum it up; I would rate my experience almost 10/10 because Luisa made it so wonderful for I and my family. Highly recommended property. Do know that there are bus service that can take you up to the Villa if you don’t want to walk 20mins uphill when roaming around in Lake Como during your stay (otherwise for all between ages 5 and 60 - walking 20mins to the Villa is not a big deal). Coming down from Villa to the town center only takes 10mins as it is downhill walk.

The villa is in a great location, with a wonderful view. It is really neat, has all the necessary things for both a short and a longer stay. The owner of the villa is kind, caring, helpful. We recommend!
