Very nice spacious apartment, comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The location is perfect close to the beach, the ferry and a short walk to the center of varenna. Pietro was a very nice host

Full facilities especially good for young families.

Homey. Clean. Spacious. Utilities. Location. Very close to everything but protected from the crowd. There are restos, there is grocery store and the ferry port is just a short walk away. The owners are welcoming. Pietro’s wife even brought us a welcome tray of goodies. It really felt like we were just at home because everything we needed was there. There were even lots of toys our kids were really entertained with. It was so good we felt the responsibility to maintain it. It was above the owners’ residence so we somehow felt like a part of their family in spite of having very minimal interaction with them. We felt they valued our privacy so much that we wanted to do our part not to create any disturbance for them as well. We can definitely see ourselves staying there again. Pietro has a shop in the center that has many Italian food items some we had to take back home ourselves.

Our stay at this apartment in Lake Como was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from both the train station and the Varenna ferry terminal, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the lake. There’s also a supermarket right around the corner with everything you might need. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable—ideal for families or a small group of friends. Pietro, the host, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He kindly allowed us an early check-in and also stored our luggage after check-out, which made our travel plans much easier. We had a wonderful experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Location near ferry marina and train station. And it’s clean and quite roomy.

Can be noisy at night.

The location is very convenient which is 5 mins from train station and less than 5 mins from ferry.

The male owner will not let you use the heater even though the place was below 19C. The female owner yelled at us to be quiet at 8:10am even though check out is at 9am. I don’t know how they are expecting me to get ready when they want us to check out at 9am. The female owner yelled at us and pushed my luggage so its now broken.

We had a fantastic stay! Everything was perfect – the rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was extremely kind, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. The location was excellent – close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and quiet. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly come back. Highly recommended!
