Clean, comfortable, great location near beach & station and short walk to town centre. Very convenient comfortable & homey. Perfect for family stay. Washing machine very handy as we’d been travelling a lot.

He met us there and reviewed the house. Great location but has lots of stairs. You could see the lake from the bedroom.

Patio furniture would be great. Also soap and enough towels for everyone. Otherwise great!

"Great property and host in a fabulous location."

This is a lovely property and with a view of the lake from the balcony. However, I should point out that the apartment is on the top floor and there is no lift so you'll need to carry your luggage up three flights of stairs. No real problem if your fit. Other than that I can highly recommended this property. The location is fabulous. The apartment is very comfortable and approximatley 100-150 metres to the ferries. Will definitely book this property again on our next visit to Varenna. We really enjoyed our stay at Gardens House.

No lift.

"Perfect size for a family!"

The room is very spacious and clean. The apartment was much bigger than I expected, and everything was in like-new condition. The location is very convenient to the train station and ferry.
