The apartment itself was good and the location was great.

I didn't like the owner and how it was handled. They kept arguing with me meaninglessly about the room and facilities. They initially said one room would be locked within the apartment in spite of having paid for the whole apartment. I had to take the help of Booking.com to reopen the room which was a waste of my valuable time. They kept coming in and out a few times intervening in our privacy. I expected better behaviour and a smoother experience.

This was a huge apartment, in an excellent position so close to the train station. The facilities were great, the apartment was clean and very comfortable, and the balcony with a lake view was a bonus. Highly recommended.

It wasn't a problem for me, but there was no elevator, so be prepared for some stairs! I was lucky that the very kind niece of the owner carried my bags up!

Location, two bedrooms, reasonable cost, felt safe

Beds were a little hard, stairs were tough but manageable but we knew this going in

Property is very central. Has everything you need. Rooms very spacious & spotless. Really enjoyed our stay.

Had to leave property at 9am. Just a pity so early.

Excellent location, near train station and ferry. Spacious apartment. Kitchen fully equipped with everything we needed. There is a shop nearby.

Too early of a check out

Nothing at all. Absolutely awful and unbelievably rude.

Everything. The host was very rude and yelling at us during check in because we could not understand his English. Check out was also awful, wasted 1 hour just waiting for the person to check the place. It was 2 bedroom place but told us to use only one bedroom because we were two of us.
