Excellent emplacement, joli petit studio bien équipé, propre et confortable.

Posizione centrale, ottima per visitare la città. Host cortese e premurosa. Bagno, camere e cucina attrezzate di tutto ciò che serve. Nonostante la posizione, casa silenziosa perché le finestre proteggono dal rumore esterno. Il prezzo lo ritengo adeguato al confort ricevuto.

Het appartement ligt in het voetgangersgebied van het centrum. Ongeveer 150 meter van parkeergarage Nicoletti, dat nu Welcome Matera heet. Mooi statige voordeur tot het complex en een lift, maar ook mooie brede trappen. De keuken is klein maar gezellig en alles is er (behalve een elektrische waterkoker). Oja, het lijkt of de afzuigkap het niet doet maar links van het aanrecht zit een schakelaar. Ruime slaapkamer. Ik las in een review dat je niet in de badkamer kon als je langer dan 1.80 meter bent. Dat klopt niet, ik ben 1.86 meter en het plafond is ongeveer 2 meter hoog. (Verhoogde vloer en verlaagd plafond) Wij vonden het een prima appartement en de stad is geweldig.

Er staat dat er een balkon is maar daar kun je niet zitten of staan. Het is een strook van 40 cm waar ook de airco staat. Gezien de gezelligheid in de stad hadden we het nu ook niet nodig.

La posizione eccellente, esattezza nel centro. Un supermercato davanti e una ottima rosticceria sottocasa. Letto grande e comodo. La casa pulitissima e la gentilezza della proprietaria che ci è addirittura venuta a prendere alla stazione dei pullman per portarci alla struttura

La ubicación espectacular. La casa muy limpia, cómoda. Nos dejaron cositas ricas para el desayuno. La anfitriona muy amable. Nos fue a buscar a la estacion de buses . Tiene todo cerca, supermercado, Matera centrale. Y por supuesto el area de los Sassi.

Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen zwischen Bahnhof und Altstadt. Die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und empfahl uns ein vorzügliches Restaurant, Läden für den täglichen Bedarf und hatte auch Tipps für die Besichtigung der Altstadt

Das Schlafzimmer liegt an einer stark befahrenen Strasse.

Spacious , characterful, apartment in good location close to centre Matera and railway station. The owner very nice lady .

Confirming check-in and messaging the phone number frustrating as poor or no response ! Eventually the owner contacted us on WhatsApp . She was far more approachable and helpful. The only other issue is that the owner wanted payment in cash , which is OK for a few days booking , but really not longer. The information on Booking.com is also not very clear about payment . There is no payment by credit card and it talks about payment by money transfer pre-arrival.....what it came to was us paying the owner when we arrived !
