Ein schönes gemütliches Apartment, zentral gelegen. Wir waren sehr gerne dort.

Hyper bien situé, en plein cœur du vieux quartier. 2 chambres, ascenseur.

Peu d’équipement dans la cuisine, petite douche.

Posizione spettacolare, parcheggio gratuito nelle strade vicine. Aria condizionata e macchina per il caffè a disposizione.

Appartamento molto ampio e spazioso con cucina abitabile e perfettamente fornita.Le foto corrispondono perfettamente alla casa. Ci sono state lasciate anche molte cose per la colazione, non prevista dalla prenotazione. La signora Luciana è stata gentilissima e si è offerta di venirci a prendere alla fermata dell'autobus, risparmiandoci una lunga passeggiata sotto al sole!. L'appartamento è pulitissimo, in una posizione centralissima a meno di 50 metri dalla piazza principale. Presente in ogni stanza il condizionatore ed il ventilatore. Sicuramente un punto di appoggio per le prossime visite a Matera

Unico punto leggermente negativo, e non imputabile alla struttura è l'affaccio della camera su una strada molto trafficata. Necessario quindi di notte tenere la finetra chiusa, ma è davvero un inconveniente minimo ed anche abbastanza soggettivo

Struttura molto centrale, pertanto comodissima per visitare i sassi, di fronte c'è un minimarket e sotto una parafarmacia, poi altri negozi. La proprietaria è stata molto accogliente

Wifi very weak

Location was superb, apartment was quiet and stayed fairly cool even without the aircon on. Loved that the host had left water and juice in the fridge and, although we didn't use, had left coffee pods, melba toasts and spreads. The host was kind enough to let us stay slightly longer before checking out as there were no guests arriving that day.

The master bed consisted of two single mattresses which either need replacing or turning as they have a slight dip in the middle. My daughter stayed in the second bedroom and found the bed to be comfortable, however it can't be pushed against the wall so you're unable to sit up comfortably and has no headboard. Be warned that the shower is exceptionally small (around 60cm) and the bathroom ceiling is not very high - if you're much over 6' you might struggle but the rest of the apartment has high ceilings. PS: There is no kettle so you need to boil water in a pan, not really an issue for us but something to be aware of.

The apartment is like home, so comfortable. And quite well equipped. On a pedestrian street, with grocery / take away food options right outside the door. Location - Very close to Piazza Vittoria, the center of things. Close also to the Sassi. Quiet. Big old well-maintained building with thick walls and high ceilings. Elevator access. Friendly host. Loves her city, keen to share tips. Good hot water.
