Small but fully equipped with everything, laundry, stove you can cook amd do everything there. The host also very sweet and welcome us in person. He also give us all the list of where to go and what to do.

The wall is a bit thin so u can hear the voice from next door, butbit wasnt too loud.

This place is comfortably decorated, including all you might need.

Its 10 -15 minutes walk to the center .We spent 4 nights in this apartament . Its so well organized , everything is new and clean. Super comfy bed with really nice bedding , aircondition . Kitchen was supplied with sweet and savoury snacks , cold drinks including beer in the fridge . We received bottle of wine and little sicilian gifts as a nice welcome treat . Somebody was waiting for us with keys . If you needed anything it was there - first aid kit , sewing kit , toiletries , plastic bags for sandwiches , good selection of teas . There was little coffee machine with as many coffee capsules as we needed . Davide is the best host we ever had , I never had any problem to contact him , his replies were almost instant . He ordered us taxi to the airport for 22 EUR which made it easier then trying to get it on the street . I totally recommend this place.

The only downside is the area around , it looks a bit abandoned but it was super safe . We stayed 4 nights and were walking back every night , never had any problems . People were really friendly. Main bed is located on mezzanine which was not a problem for us but it should be considered for some with less mobility.

Great host. Great place. Even though the neighborhood looks a bit scary - its all good. And place is very nice. Great present from host and TheRoom has everything you could possible need. Even chess and books.

Small shower and toilet leg space - but manageable.
