Posizione comodissima, struttura accogliente e pulita.

Комфортный номер, все необходимое есть непосредственно в номере, очень стильно, чисто и аккуратно. Достаточно капсул к кофе машине, и очень вкусные травяные чаи ! Хорошая посуда и бокалы для напитков .

Мне не нравиться система открывания дверей через ссылку которую можно открыть только при наличии интернета. Но! Интернет может отключиться, телефон может сломаться, потеряться или его могут украсть и что тогда делать? Хозяин открыл мне один раз при заселении двери дистанционно, вечером пришлось просить у прохожих раздать интернет, чтобы приложение для открывания двери сработало

Big apartment on good location, close to the Perugia train station, minimetro and the bus station. Easy access from there to all locations in the city. Very easy self check-in and check-out process. Good communication with the host.

Good location near the mini-metro. Coop supermarket nearby and the great Pasticceria Etrusca only a few steps away. Secure garage underground if coming by car, making it a good base for day trips in wonderful Umbria.

Superficial cleaning. Heavy dust in some areas. Kitchen area, appliances, dishes and tools required a good cleaning before use. Bathroom shower and basin had a serious blockage issue. The odour from the bathroom spreading in the room was not pleasant. The rugs are very dirty. The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows even worse. No supplies in the kitchen, e.g. coffee, etc and minimal, very basic in the bathroom.

Very convenient location. Supermarket close by. Easy walk to a bus station and the mini-metro which takes you right to centro storico. The apartment is clean and beautiful, very well equipped. The bed is comfortable.

La casa è molto carina, come ce la si aspetta in foto, e ha tutto il necessario, oltre a trovarsi in un'ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro di Perugia essendo ad un passo dalla fermata di Fontivegge della minimetro (anche con la macchina ci vogliono 5 minuti) il proprietario gentile e a disposizione per qualunque chiarimento, anzi prima dell'arrivo mi ha inviato tutto il necessario per sapere come arrivare (anche perchè maps a volte si diverte a non far capire bene). Ha anche un piccolo balconcino che affaccia sul verde.

Sarà che non sono in forma ma il letto non mi è sembrato dei migliori e l'altra piccola cosa è che i fornelli sono di quelli che si accendono con una fiamma esterna (tipo un accendino) e gli accendini a disposizione erano scarichi, per fortuna ne avevamo uno nostro a portata di mano quando avevamo deciso di cucinare.
