Great location! Close to the minimetro station, railway station and bus terminal. It's very easy to get to the old town of Perugia or airport. The apartment is a nice and well furnished place, balcony with lovely view - great for morning coffee! Very kind host and good contact.

I loved the location of this apartment - a few minutes from the train station and the Coop supermarket, and the mini-metro that goes up to the old city. The mini-metro also goes to the piazza with the long-distance buses. I liked sitting on the balcony watching the mini-metro go up and down. It was cold in February but the apartment was warm and cozy. I was very happy with my choice and recommend it to others.

Google brought me to the building but to the side that looks like the building is under construction. I was confused and worried. A very kind stranger called the owner for me and made sure I got into the apartment. Better access instructions would have helped a lot. Indeed there is a convenient pedestrian pathway from the building that goes to a raised piazza that has steps down to the Coop and the railway station. Unfortunately Google doesn't know about it.

Location near rail, bus & minimetro stations. Comfortable. Ricardo was fabulous and very helpful

Limited food & beverage choices.

The location was great for our purpose, next to the minimetro. The parking space was in a garage under the apartment. We could sit on a balcony with a (limited :D) view to the passing cars of the minimetro. The apartment itself was spacious.

We had booked the apartment No. 418, but we got 416. The difference was a missing washing machine, that we planned to use. We understand that there could be a problem and the ordered (and payed for) apartment was not available (for any reason), but this should be communicated by the host in advance. We had only found the different key in the box at the self check in. We got a compensation by the host but it was less than the price difference of these two apartments. Teflon cookware was scratched, so we didn't use it.
