Close to Mini Metro and train station. Spacious.

Walls are so thin. Could hear next door’s tv and every word spoken. Couldn’t sleep at all. Also paid for 3 people but only set up for 2 people

The room was spacious and private parking was great. The balcony overlooking a "green area" is nice. Pretty close to the city center 😉.

The building is a bit sketchy at first, but we had no problems getting in at night.

We rented this flat just for one night. The apartment is pretty spacious and has a large balcony. The kitchen has enough pots and pans to cook breakfast but not a coffee machine. It is very close to the train station which is and advantage and a disadvantage at the same time since the area is not very nice. However, it is very close to a MiniMetro station which may come in handy for visiting the old city uphill. There were two AC units one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The extendable sofa in the living room is not very spacious (queen size) so take this into consideration when renting as two large adults may not fit properly on the sofa. Even though we didn't met out host the communication was very clear, friendly and easygoing. I would rent again but not for more than a couple of nights.

Although the flat was clearly cleaned before our arrival the furniture is kind of worn out. Another thing one should consider before renting is that the flat is not sound proofed in any way and it is a bit noisy especially during nights.

The one major advantage of this flat is its proximity to the train station – ideal for trips to places nearby – and to the Mini-Metro for the centre of Perugia (though this option is available only between 7 am [9 am on Sundays] and 9 pm). Moreover, the place is clean and spacious and has good facilities, including a kitchenette and a dining area.

The neighbourhood and the building (with more than 100 flats altogether) are not particularly posh. There was no personal contact with the owner (only text messages and one phone conversation). Some basic items were in short supply (only one set of towels, one roll of lavatory paper, and one trash bag for a whole week).

Nice apartment. Super laundromat a few blocks away. Wifi very good! Coffee and espresso pot!

Loud neighbors but they quieted down after 2230. Would've been nice if the kitchen had a couple more staples like pepper and olive oil. Bathroom detached from bathroom but it was okay for a night.
