The lady who met us on arrival was lovely. The room was fine and clean.

The traffic noise

It was just outside the wall so very close to all the attractions. It was so nice to have a patio with a lovely garden. Home made bread on arrival with butter and milk in the fridge was a lovely surprise after a day of travel.

The host, she was the most welcoming host. She even gave us a homemade bread. Comfortable bed, very close to the old town but not too close from the station, better if you take a taxi from there (don’t walk is a tricky way with carry on or any suitcase), very spacious room and bathroom.

The shower but not a big deal.

We can definitely subscribe to all those comments saying that pictures don’t reflect enough how nice Ernestina’s appartment is! everything so authentic- from the comfort of the the bed and quality of bed sheets, to the lovely collazione basket and then the wonderful terrace of course for the morning coffee and some chill. All of it paired with warm welcoming of the host :) location is great for visiting Lucca. we parked in a close-by public parking, but then found out that private was available as well.

Very welcoming host, great facilities and location. 5 minutes from centre, yet a little oasis in quiet surroundings. Apartment with terrace We stayed for 1 week and enjoyed every minute.

Friendly host, nice room, just a five minutes walk to the beautiful Old Town of Lucca

The traffic noise in the room to the front/ street can be annoying.

The host is super friendly, super happy and simply lovely, she baked crossants for us.
