central location, near the arena, so easy to walk to the concert venue. Very neat and clean . Interior decorated tastefully. Equipped with hair dryer and ironing board and iron and washing machine.

no lift, pretty loud neighbours, filter in the bathroom tab was missing so water was spilling everywhere if not opened slowly.
