De liggen is perfect en is 200% echt op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden en de Arena, werkelijk top!

De eerste indruk is prima, leuk appartement en nogmaals de ligging is top.! In alle eerlijkheid is de badkamer is matig, de douchekop heb ik zelf ontkalkt er kwam echt geen fatsoenlijke straal uit. De douchebak is erg klein en de wc pot staat los. Verder is het okay, wij vonden het ook niet erg schoon, beetje smoezelig en het bed is gammel. Ook een nadeel, er is geen kluisje en dat is jammer. Tevens is de badkamer en slaapkamer s’avonds gevuld met de geur van het chinees restaurant beneden waarvan de uitblaas van de afzuiginstallaties onder het raam van de badkamer en slaapkamer is. Dit vonden wij misschien nog wel het vervelendst. Praktisch punt, er is geen vluchtweg en op de 4e verdieping is geen optie om op een balkon of iets te vluchten, dit vonden wij echt wel een ding en eenmaal in je hoofd..?

Probleme mit dem Warmwasser

A lovely, stylish apartment with a friendly, helpful host who let us check in early. Good air conditioning and lovely outlooks. The location couldn't have been better.

For technically challenged older folk such as us I would have preferred a key to online mobile phone entry.

Access to the apartment was via online door opening. which made it a bit difficult for my husband, but Francesco immediately solved the problem by providing him with keys.

Very cozy apartment in the city centre. Clean, renovated, well-furnished and well-maintained. Less than 20 minutes walk from Porta Nuova station. Very good for couples or small families for a few nights to explore the city.

As already mentioned by others, the stairs. If you have heavy luggage, little kids or any problems climbing the stairs, this is not for you.

Amazing location. Lovely apartment with plenty of space and was spotlessly clean. There is a great café just across the road which we used a lot. Everything needed was provided.

The wardrobe was full of towels and blankets so there was very little space to hang clothes. The toilet flush stuck on every time so the water kept running and we had to press the button again numerous times to get it to stop.

The location of the apartment was perfect near to the most sights of the city with many options for cafes and restaurants nearby. It was very well organized and spacious. It was nicely decorated with details that makes tou feel like home. Also it was exactly the same as the pictures. The handler of the apartment was very accommodating and helpful with some issues that occured during our stay (e.g. the sofa bed was inoperative and he added a double air mattress for the third guest)

I can only mention that the apartment is located at the third floor and only accessible by stairs (but most of them are so not really their fault 😅)

The location of the apartment is very central, everything is within an easy distance. The apartment is also very clean. It is on the top (third) floor with very steep stairs! You could look at it as an opportunity to do some sports. Although the views from the living room windows are pretty, the windows themselves are tiny and let ins not of light, resulting in a dark room. The bedroom has an ever-lingering smell of burnt seed oil due to a Chinese restaurant on the ground floor. Mind you, it doesn’t smell of delicious food, but used cooking oil. Upon arrival the host had forgotten to give us the Wi-Fi codes and since it was late, did not respond to our inquiries. Late next morning we got the codes. On our last day the internet connection to the apartment was disrupted so we could not get into the building since the locks both downstairs and of the apartment are operated only by a strange app. The owner tried to fix the solution, but it was a headache. The shower is pretty, but minuscule. I can’t imagine a grown man fitting inside. Would I return to Verona - yes. Would I stay in the same apartment? No, I don’t think so….
